I’ll be able to write a review after I have used the insurance in April. As always, my biggest complaint is that I am reimbursed after I have to pay the bill. Insurance is supposed to be here to cover the majority of the bill and I pay the rest as in any other claims. I understand the difficulty of pet insurance and at least my pets are covered for wellness checks and illnesses and other critical medical and I just hope I get quicker reimbursement times than other insurances I have had.

Great insurance saving!
When I retired, I stopped commuting to work , and the km's driven by me dropped from 35,000 to 5,000. My former insurance company always stated that this additional km's driven was costing me over $250.00 per year. But when I informed them of the drastic drop in km's driven, they only reduced my monthly cost by $6. I haven’t had to use my policy very often, fortunately, but both times I did were life-threatening situations for my dog. Trupanion was outstanding. They do exactly what they say they will: coverage is fair, their customer service is exemplary & they settle claims quickly and easily. So glad I chose them.

Healthy Paws has our back!
Our puppy Stark had an incident that landed him in the hospital for 2 nights, and Healthy Paws had our back! They covered everything they said they would, per our policy, which saved us over $3,500. The claim process was seamless - all they needed was an itemized invoice (simple upload) and the doctor's records (simple phone call to the vet; they emailed the records; we forwarded them to Healthy Paws). We went back-and-forth on what pet insurance company was right for us, and I couldn't be more happy/relieved that we chose Healthy Paws. Customers for life!

Excellent pet insurance!
I really like that I can provide my pet exceptional medical care without having to worry about the cost. Claims are processed quickly, customer service is polite and caring, and I've never had a claim denied (that fit the claim parameters). My deductible is low, and the company does a great job communicating any changes or updates to policies. I'll be sticking with them!

My pet had diarrhea and vomiting case and they denied the claim because its a pre existing condition.. REALLY!!! Its the end result of a condition !! Not the condition !!!
