Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service and reimbursement on par with Trupanion. 80% coverage with much more reasonable deductibles and monthly payments. Also, add to the fact there is 24/7 Veterinary assistance line and access to a symptom app.

My cat Mickey had to have a procedure yesterday to check his heart. I put in the claim yesterday, and not long after they sent me a text, and today I was told it was approved. They were easy to chat with, as I used the chat option.

Highly recommend Healthy Paws
Healthy Paws processed our latest claim quickly, and sent a very thorough explanation of benefits. They worked directly with our vet to get all of the necessary supporting documentation, and we were extremely satisfied at the resolution. They even checked up on how our dog was doing a few weeks later, which was a nice added bonus to feel appreciated.

I have a lot going on in my life and I forgot that the billing was already set up for monthly premiums so when I set up my account, I called and asked about billing. Kelli was very helpful and reminded me that the premium would be put on my credit card on the 9th of every month and I would receive an acknowledgement.

Outstanding Service - No Surprises
This was my first time having pet insurance and I was a little unsure if it was really worth it and how it would work if I did have to submit a claim. Unfortunately, I did have to make a claim and Pets Best was the BEST! It was easy to submit the claim, it worked exactly as it said it would work, and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Pets Best Insurance to anyone with a pet. Outstanding service.
