For the most part they are great but it takes usually about 30 days to get reimbursed and I know people using other insurance companies for the same price that get reimbursed within 2 days. Other than that, no issues.

Very happy
I submitted a claim for reimbursement for treatment for our dog. Four days later reimbursement was deposited into our bank account in accordance with our policy ( 80% coverage). There was no disputing or questioning of any of the treatments or payments. I couldn’t be happier with the quick response.

Quick & Easy!!
Getting insurance through Sonnet is really easy! Everything is done online. I filed a claim ten days ago because my truck was stolen. I still haven’t heard from an adjuster. So we’ll see how long this takes.

Trupanion helping our family
My border collie was a happy bright eyed boy free of illness until one afternoon when he was 5 1/2 . On that day he had his first seizure and was diagnosed with epilepsy. We had Trupanion insurance for him since he was 3 months old. Years have gone by since that first seizure and on our journey to find him the best diet and the best medicine, Trupanion has never refused us help. These days, he takes a homeopathic medicine every day that has extended his time between seizures by many weeks. Our veterinarian’s clinic is electronically set up to submit his claims and always, within minutes, Trupanion pays 90% of the cost. His quality of life has been preserved with Trupanion’s consistent help. I am very grateful for all their “we’re happy to help” messages . Thank you Trupanion for helping our beautiful boy and also our lily, so very much.
