Highly recommend!
I have had the insurance for a couple of years and recently had to use it for a major claim. The app was a little glitchy when I submitted one of the invoices but it was nothing major. Very happy with customer service when I reached out to them. Claims were paid timely and it was a very streamlined straightforward process. I'm very glad I have the insurance. I highly recommend!

The Best Coverage!
I am so grateful that I have coverage with Trupanion. Making a claim could not be easier and the coverage is generous. They do not nickel and dime like other pet insurance companies that I have had in the past. I encourage anyone with a pet to get insurance as veternary care can be so very expensive. We just had a blood test that tested for 3 things and the cost was 800 dollars. Trupanion paid approximately 500 of that. The claim was processed in less than 24 hours and I got an email with the amount they would pay. I am so happy with this insurance company.
