First claim (for puppy vaccines) not covered properly and had to call to request review. Policy not properly explained and will need to change or cancel it as it only covers one visit per year (puppies have multiple rounds of vaccines).

I don't know how Trupanion would have anything but 5 stars! They paid my claim in one day after submitting and I was reimbursed 90% less the office visit by direct deposit the next day. Complete peace of mind allowing me to afford to treat my dog without worry.
