Bad customer service …
It is impossible to get help on the phone they work there at around your question for hours and then say they’ll call you back and never do! Terrible customer service! The sonnet website sucks! I have 2 vehicles insured and all of a sudden 1 disappeared off of my policy and they won’t get back to me with a solution!

Clear, easy, and comprehensive!
Very easy to purchase the insurance, and ManyPets made it very clear what we were and weren't getting with our plan. We opted for the more comprehensive coverage along with the wellness plan, and it seems like good value. Clarity is kindness, and I feel confident that we're covered if we need it.

Felt like my previous Insurance was putting me through the ringer so I switched and I am glad I did. I was looking for quotes online came across sonnet and was signed up with a great quote within 5 minutes. Was pretty much the easiest thing I have ever done regarding insurance. I made a typographical error on my applications. this was not caught initially. I paid my monthly fee and deposit - over $600. Then I received an email that my insurance is cancelled immediately. I try to reapply was told I have to wait 30 days in order to requote. Why can't Sonnet help me on the phone and make the correction? Why does Sonnet cancel my policy and make me re-apply? I have been on the phone for 45 minutes TWICE! 90 minutes and the problem is still not resolved.
