I have Fetch since August last year
I have Fetch since August last year, so far I have sent 5 claims, 3 last year and 2 this year, none has pay me any benefits, the first claims was for a skin condition and allergy my dog had, unfortunately they said it’s a pre-existing condition, the second claim the same they recognize the problem but the benefits when towards the deductible $300. Which by the way took over 4 weeks plus aggravation since they don’t ask for documentation right away ( looks like they are back up) but they ask for the same records (SOAP) again and again, their wed site uploader does not support “ heavy” documents ( no more than a page at the time) which can be unbearable, since they ask for the soap which can be between 5/6 or more pages depending on the time frame of services. The second time I have claim was for again allergies but this time my dog was giving a new medication which was expensive $189, they didn’t cover the medication, on their benefits list they said they cover medications but no this one? So I decided to cancel this insurance, they simply don’t want to cover, pay for benefits they simply will used any excuse not to pay. Im done with this company.

A Godsend Pet Insurance Company
We are so pleased with this Pet Insurance. We had it for Our previous dog and it was a Life Saver as at the end He needed a lot of Medical Care which rang up the Bills. But because of having this Insurance We were able to pick up the costs that were not covered. Now We have a New Puppy and We didn't hesitate to get Her on this Pet Insurance again. Although You never wish for any illness they can pop up at anytime and be very costly. This Insurance Company is on top of the claims which makes it great because You don't have to wait months to get Your payment. A very reliable company.

I can’t say enough incredible things…
I can’t say enough incredible things about pets best! They have the easiest claim submission process ever, the only change your policy cost based on age and not how many visits to the dr/ER, and the turn around time for claim submittal is usually less than 7 days. Truly wish they made human insurance this easy!

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. I submitted two claims over an 8th month time period and they never provided any response to indicate whether those claims would be paid or not. Rather, they just kept sending e-mails stating that they had not received all of the medical records requested from a particular vet's office even after I obtained the records and sent them to the company myself more than once. In addition, the premium just kept increasing from the moment that I purchased the policies. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Amazing Support During a Scary Experience
We’ve had dogs in our family for most of the past 25 years but had never previously purchased pet insurance. We first considered insurance in early 2018 when we got a new puppy. Molly was 6 months old and tiny and we thought it was a good idea to purchase insurance for a little dog coming into a new family situation. After exploring our options, we decided on Trupanion for her. We later welcomed a second pup in the summer of 2019 and thought it best to enroll him also. This past August our little Molly became seriously ill with bloody diarrhea and dehydration and within hours we nearly lost her. Upon admission to emergency at the vet hospital, we called Trupanion to inform them of our situation. We were obviously upset and not sure what to do thinking we were going to lose our little dog. We spoke to a service representative who was extremely helpful and compassionate. We can’t speak highly enough about the service and support we received! Molly required extensive treatment and was in hospital for three days – eventually making a full recovery. During this very stressful time, Trupanion reps checked in with us twice. Molly was released on a Saturday, we submitted a claim on Sunday evening, and received approval and reimbursement within three days. We can’t say enough about the Trupanion staff who helped us through a very difficult time. Amazing customer service!
