The app is super convenient
The app is super convenient. The terms have deemed to be quite upsetting though. My cat has gone through a lot this past year, and none of it was covered because of “pre-existing” conditions, but we were still in the process of figuring it all out. Thankfully we found the means to take care of her on our own, but it’s been a struggle. I guess it’s an industry issue, but I wish there was a company that would step up for the animals’ sake. It shouldn’t be a question of life or death because of money ESPECIALLY when they have pet insurance.

I'm a bit upset I tried to contact you guys about my payment Day of every month and because of that my bank went negative and I had to receive NF fees I was not aware I could choose the payment Day when I opened the policy. I'm glad that you guys are givine until next month. But this puts me behind and makes me look bad. The payment will be made but I tried my best to reach out with no one able to help me.
