uncooperative veterinarian
I had an unwilling veterinarian who wouldn’t send complete SOAP notes for my fur baby. FETCH jumped in, contacted the veterinarian and worked on my behalf to acquire the appropriate documentation to submit a claim.

Well I signed up for the insurance and did not get to utilize it because sadly a few days later found out our furbaby had bone cancer. When I called Spot they where so sweet and kind about my families loss that they took good care of us. Gave a partial reimbursement and a day or two later we got another call asking how we where holding up and sending condolences.. I will definitely be adding my other dog soon.. Thank you for your kindness at one of the saddest moments of my families life.

Everyone who has a dog would agree that they can be expensive. In our case, we adopted a rescue two years ago. Not knowing his background it made sense for us to get pet insurance. Our little guy has developed some pretty serious eye issues (surprise!) and Trupanion has helped us every step of the way. Veterinary care is expensive, and Trupanion has saved us thousands of dollars. They even cover medications! It brings us peace of mind to know that our pup’s health issues, whatever they may be, will be resolved to the best of our veterinarians capabilities. We take care of our dog’s health and Trupanion takes care of the money part. We are most grateful!

This was the first time that I have had pet insurance and the first time to file on the Embrace website for reimbursement. there was a learning curve on what to submit. I had the claim forms filled out, but since I was filing online rather than faxing or mailing I didn't need them (bonus!) I did have to rescan my invoices because I found out if the invoice/claim contains more than one pet you can submit all at once, but you have to scan all documents for the invoice. No big deal, again it was a learning curve. However, it will be much easier in the future that is for sure.

This is the easiest insurance I have ever purchased and well worth it. Just had the first visit to the Vet and after submitting a claim (sooooo easy), the insurance paid directly to my checking account (quickly too!!). What can I say - I will definitely share this with all my friends who have pets.
