Fast!
I've had pets plus us for years. I have found lately that the turn around times for a claim is getting a lot faster. It says they process claims within 20 days, in the past I've waited over that period and had to send emails to get my claim back. The last couple claims I've put through have came back in record time (10 days).

So very grateful for Trupanion..
My dog has been troubled with warts around her mouth for just over a year. She has had several surgeries and procedures. My claims have always gone through quickly and reimbursement to my bank account is within a day or so of approval. Trupanion is professional, prompt and they are alway available to chat by phone or on their website. Pet insurance is the best thing I did for my dog, and I would recommend Trupanion to anyone.
