I hardly ever write a review
I hardly ever write a review, but these people are wonderful. Easy to get help or questions answered , able to upload information and get verification and follow-up right away, all from your smart phone (lol even I can do it) with direct payment into your acct. Seamless and super easy… give these people your bussiness, and best of all you will take the best care of your loved family member !!!!

So disappointed
So disappointed! Totally scammy! My $750 deductible was not actually a $750 deductible. They would take out 30% of each applicable claim before applying to deductible. So instead of having to spend $750 to reach deductible, I actually had to spend more like $1000. False advertising and they know it! Would NOT recommend.

Figo processed my claim very quickly
Figo processed my claim very quickly and the website says how much they will reimburse me. I am a little disappointed that the percentage of reimbursement is lower than I expected.

Happy with coverage.
I have had ASPCA coverage for several years on my 2 cats. I have one cat that has had digestive issues (that I was unaware of) from the beginning. My coverage has been excellent for her and my vet is very prompt with submitting claims. I guess some vets don't submit as well as some are very lax in getting claims submitted. If a claim is taking longer than you expect I would call the veterinarians office to see if the claim has been submitted in a "timely" manner by the vet staff. This is NOT because ASPCA is lax. I always get timely correspondence on claims being submitted and then paid.
