these people suck
man if i knew something the old vet set 5 years ago would screw us on our end we wouldnt of paid all that money for years my dog had bad teeth i knew that but i thought they would cover what happen in 2023 not what a doctor said 5 years ago her eye and cheek bad so we paid for that and her teeth next day and we paid that but again for a vet saying tar tar 5 years ago so enjoy our money customer service was awesome but the answer sucked now we have to pay back 2400 because they declind us :) u have been warned watch out

Our Fur-Ever Partner for Pet Insurance
I have been with Healthy paws since September of 2014 for my dog, Opal, and recently purchased a 2nd policy in 2021 for my newest addition to the family Onyx. I am very happy with Healthy Paws coverage for both of my pets! Both were added when they were approximately 8 weeks old, and in our case there were no preexisting conditions. With two hard-headed Australian Cattle Dogs, we are no strangers to bumps, bruises, and surprise vet visits - most recently, my older dog needed surgery for two mass removals AND an ER visit when she had complications. Submitting a claim is as easy as snapping a few photos of the itemized invoices and medical records, and usually my claims are processes within 10 days. Honestly, having this insurance was a huge relief knowing that I didn't have to worry about the cost of treatment; I could just focus on Opal! Members from the Healthy Paws team even emailed us to ask how she was going following her visit, which meant a lot to me. Instead of a canned/generic check up email, it was genuine concern and details from her submitted claims, too so I know that real, pet-loving people are behind the the screen. I recommend Healthy Paws to everyone, and will continue to do so! I also recommend that new policy holders read over coverage so they understand what is/isn't in their policy, and try to gain coverage EARLY for their pets to avoid preexisting conditions. Pet Insurance doesn't replace preventative veterinary care, but is essential for when life throws its curveballs. 5/5 stars. We're members for life!

There are a lot fairer insurers
Fetch is unfortunately engaged in very high annual premium increases, at least as far as we are concerned. If you are with Fetch be very careful when you get any renewal notice. Fetch will take "factors" including your zip code and may increase your annual premium substantially. There are other very credible, reliable pet insurers who are less costly than Fetch, and I would venture to say as competent, gracious and all the other good things. In my view, just me folks, but I consider Fetch to be a rip off because of very high premiums, increasing yearly at a dramatic rate. I did call to talk it out with a customer rep who was courteous but not helpful; the only thing that worked is cancel and go with Spot.
