This is probably the best customer experience I've had in years. I was determined to cancel my policy, but an outstanding customer service rep, Adam Altman, worked so hard to tailor a policy for my dog that I decided to stay with Fetch.

The agent on the phone was wonderful
The agent on the phone was wonderful and thoroughly explained the policy and options. I called because the website wouldnt allow me to fully enroll. I look forward to future interactions and to the peace of mind insurance brings.

Wish the website worked so that I didn’t have to call in (takes a lot more time), but glad I did because the rep — can’t remember her name darn! — was so very nice. A very relaxing voice.

Called to change my auto policy adding an additional vehicle. Customer service rep ( July 29 645PM Atl) was very helpful and friendly. Changed policy in just a few minutes with no issues , policy forms ready to go. Other companies should follow Sonnets Customer Service program.
