Love being able to customize every aspect of my plan, different pets have different needs and my cat is an incorrigible brawler so the accident coverage is very important to me. I just filed my first claim, the process was super simple and all I had to do was wait, Pet's Best did everything else. I received my reimbursement direct to my specified bank account within the 21 day window indicated and received an email notification. Very happy thus far, thanks Pet's Best. The only recommendation I'd have is for the claim details during the waiting period have a little more update/info available. I called about midway through the process to be sure I had done everything I was supposed to do from my end since it was my first claim. Customer support was friendly and helpful and was able to give me more status details, etc. Would be nice to see that detail level on the claim dashboard. Still very happy with the product and service.

This is the first time I have ever had…
This is the first time I have ever had pet insurance for my pets. Four years ago when I got my first little Yorkie I decided I would try it. ASPCA has been so great with helping me take care of the medical needs for both my Yorkies. I don't worry about the high costs of care because I know I ASPCA has my back . Too, I can make sure they always have preventive care because most is covered. I have been very pleased so far. Thank you. Gail Hansen
