Quick turn around on claims! They are always very responsive to questions. The ONLY thing I find odd is that they don’t reimburse tax as they refer to it as an administrative cost 🤷🏻♀️

I have Pets Best insurance on both of my dogs. I feel very safe having this insurance for my fur babies. They have never denied a claim submitted. Recently our baby, 1 year old Cane Corso hurt her knee so badly that she needed surgery. THANK GOODNESS I had Pets Best! And their policy covered everything I was expecting it to, without issue. Thanks Pets Best!!

I shopped around
I shopped around and found Pumpkins Ins to be more reasonable in their services and pricing. Even though their fairly new I decided to go with them. They were very helpful in assisting me. I gave them 3 stars because I haven’t had to use their coverage. I will post again when I do.
