This review is for ADAM ALTMAN specifically, not for Fetch's over all service which has been disappointing concerning my newest policy *handling. [*A claim submitted for services in May/22 had been linked/matched IN ERROR by your system with my OLD policy which I had hastily cancelled in Feb/22. After that happened, I called Customer Service and an agent successfully transferred the claim to my NEW correct policy. However, over this last long weekend, I saw a notification that my policy, which had an active claim under review, was cancelled! I did not receive any email about this, however....and my Active Claim information which had previously appeared and which I had been following, had completely disappeared.] I phoned Customer Service and ADAM ALTMAN responded with excellent assistance in correcting this error on Fetch's part and stayed on the line with me to ensure everything appeared to be successfully rectified. He even called me back twice, immediately, at the start of our call(s) when 2 separate calls dropped off! Many thanks to you, Adam! I know you will keep up such good service for all who contact you for assistance!

Why does nothing work?
I have tried adding coverage for a new pet multiple times from multiple devices, and each time, the page gets stuck "loading." Twice, I have emailed customer service asking for help and have never received a response. Today, I downloaded the app hoping maybe it would function properly. After entering my login info (which I verified was correct), I was stuck with a forever loading pinwheel. It's only with this app, none other. It alarms me that I'm unable to contact anyone or get Spot's platforms to work across multiple devices. What happens when a real issue arises??

Care when you start with them, Don't care when something happen Worst insurance experience ever!
At the beginning Thy were amazing until they started to increasing each year the car and home premium. I call them and they told me its the market increase...Okay I can digest that however when my wife got a none-collision not at fault incident, They didn't care, didn't listen what i was saying and keep saying she was at fault! After fighting and trying to negotiate with them for many weeks and being over stressed, depressed, couldn't sleep and having nightmares, I decided to unfortunately go with what they wanted to do to close the case. Now my renewal came and they increased my car premium more than 50%!!! Try to talk to them and still don't care.... I can't take this anymore! I started to shop around.... PLEASE KEEP AWAY OF SONNET THEY ARE NOT AS THEY SAY THEY ARE! ***UPDATE TO THE REPLY FROM SONNET**** FYI: Where I live there is not much claims as you refer so It shouldn't increase that much...COME ON! OVER 50% INCREASE !!! THIS IS NOT RIGHT AND INSANE! ME AND MY WIFE ALWAYS HAD A CLEAN RECORD OUR WHOLE LIFE AND NOW YOU GUYS RUINED IT FOR 6 YRS BECAUSE YOU SCAM PEOPLE BY PUTTING THEM AT FAULT WHEN THEY WERE NOT SO YOU CAN INCREASE THEIR PREMIUM TO SUCK OUR MONEY! I am not going to listen to you whole bunch of excuses has all your other staff do when I call them, this is a very poor response! If i was you, I would Start reviewing everything closely in my file to reconsider everything that happen because I already found a few reputable companies that beats yours right now of 300$ a month less of what you want to charge me. Also i shouldn't be the one chasing you......I never complaint on social media but SONNET really trigger my button to do it and I'll keep posting to let know people the reality of SONNET.

I'm extremely happy with Pets Best!
I'm extremely happy with Pets Best insurance. My dog Jayda is starting to get older and I decided in October of last year it would be good to get her insurance as with age comes with more vet visits and health problems. I'm really glad that I did because we recently found an unidentifiable growth on her side and the vet urged my husband and I to have it removed. Pets Best reimbursed me a significant portion, even after taking a deductible and co-pays into account. They also covered more costs from her wellness exam than I had expected them to. This is such a huge relief to me, as I now know if she has another medical emergency it will be covered and I won't have to worry about it financially. Customer service is kind, understanding and prompt. I truly recommend this insurance to anyone who is looking to cover a furry family member.
