Embrace is a model for responsive and timely requests
Recently our beloved pet contracted pneumonia and needed a 7 hour hospital stay that included a chest X-ray, intravenous fluids and medications. The process for filing a claim with Embrace was seamless. The response time was fast and we were reimbursed within a two week period. The pneumonia persisted for six weeks so several follow up chest X-rays and continued oral medication continued throughout. Again the process for filing the claim and getting reimbursed was straightforward and timely. I wish all insurance claims were as streamlined. Thank you, Embrace.

7 Year Old Cat Experiences
I currently have a 7 year old mixed breed kitty. She is currently insured with a 90% reimburse, 500 deductible with accident & illness with the optional wellness add on. We pay $43.81 a month. We’ve been with Many Pets since June 2022. No major health issues to date during her time with Many Pets. She did have an issue with her back paw with drainage but we we were switching from our previous carrier and was classified as a pre-existing condition which the claim was denied which was anticipated. The claims for the wellness benefit option were processed timely and reimbursed appropriately. I general I have nothing negative to say about Many Pets. The coverage options are very similar to other insurance carriers. My only concern is with an aging cat what the extent of the premium hikes will be as she gets older. Since her renewal comes up due in June 2023, I should have a better sense of a possible price hike. This will be a factor if I need to start looking around at other insurers who lock into a premium that does not increase with age. There has not been enough info I have found on this at the moment. As of this post, I would recommend Many Pets. I wished there was more data available on premium increases as cat’s age.

What a RIPOFF!!!
I have been paying $158 a month for 12 years. I have not even come close to the amount of $ I have received. I would not recommend this insurance to any pet owner unless you have unlimited dollars to throw away. I am a single retired senior living on SS and the premium is way out of my budget. So sad I will have to cancel.

Did not get coverage on a surgery claim…
Did not get coverage on a surgery claim that my dog required because of “preexisting conditions”, despite my dog having surgery on the preexisting condition, making any future incidents covered (as promised). Submit an appeal and only got minimal amount, which was postponed for months. Very disappointing.

Make certain you did your homework..
When originally contacting Embrace Pet Insurance spoke with Kati, who was very polite. She explained their Satisfaction guarantee or they will refund the money and cancel the policy. A few days after the initial enrollment I realized that Fetch who I have my Frenchie insured with was significantly less for the identical policy. This was back in January when I was assured that my refund would be posted and reflected upon my card within the next few business days. That’s come and gone alongside 4 more conversions with representatives ensuring the sameness of my refund. The real issue I have is that every month for 4 consecutive deductions of 122.96 they have continued automatically paying themselves but I still haven’t received a credit. Just as recent as March 30th I contacted Embrace coincidentally reaching Kati she took a look at my account stated they noted it and sent it up for a refund process but couldn’t give me any explanation of why I am still being charged, She Spoke with her supervisor who said they would expedite this refund process….. Here I wait for now accumulated $400 that they have STILL NOT REFUNDED.
