Hank took the time and helped me try on several pairs of shoes. He answered all of my questions. He was not pushy (trying to make a sale), he truly wanted me to be happy with my selection. I could even return shoes I had worn that hurt my feet.

Denying claims for no good reason.
I got my big dog coverage in August 2022, hoping to be proactive to big dog issues. On November 1, he was diagnosed with Addison's disease, after a bout of sickness that lasted about 2 weeks. I was denied all coverage because one of the symptoms was diarrhea, which he had a couple previous times in his life. (One during food change, another due to an allergy.) After almost a month over the 90 days they had to respond to my appeal, they denied me again. So now I've paid them 4 extra months of payments and I am not getting coverage. This is the WORST experience all around that I have ever had. Customer service is impossible. No one answers you. DO NOT GET PETSBEST. You're better off starting your animal a savings account because this company just takes your money and runs. ***I did appeal. It took 110+ days. As you kept charging me monthly. And since my dog had an allergy also, it’s NOT the same thing. His sensitive belly from food changes & allergies are NOT the same as his chronic condition.

THE BEST INSURANCE..
I can always count on Trupanion to come through with claims! By far the best pet insurance. Unfortunately I have had some health issues with my dog and they have helped tremendously, not sure how I would’ve provided care to my dog without them. Customer service is extremely helpful and prompt on paying claims and preauthorizations. Highly recommend! ♥️

I filed a claim 3/9/23 for $132.00 and you all are only paying $7.56 back to me. You said you would pay 90% and that isn't happening so I no longer want this insurance. Your promises to me aren't being kept and I had to do legwork myself. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

The customer service agent was very helpful during a stressful time when my dog needed surgery. Claims are processed in a timely manner. My only wish is that the insurance offered a higher amount than $5,000
