They came through when needed
They weren't able to pre-approve a dental procedure, but they ultimately reimbursed me for over 70% of the cost of an almost $6000 dental bill, which I'll say is a HUGE help!

Our 4 year old Rottweiler tore her CCL and required surgery. The Trupanion team was amazing. A representative was available to answer questions every time we called regardless of the time or day. The app was user-friendly and we were able to download invoices quickly and easily. Once we were approved for coverage, our payment was direct deposited in less than 48 hours. I would recommend Trupanion to anyone with pets.

I called trupanion to ask about insurance for my puppy and they answered all my questions and even told me some things I didn’t think to ask. The lady gave me her direct contact info and told me to call back with any other questions. The customer service was amazing.
