Poor business ethics
I bought a puppy from parade and along with my purchase was an offer for 1 month free at metlife pet insurance company, I called and discussed the options they had and decided to purchase their plan and I chose to pay for a full year, in doing that my free month actually became a paid month,no big deal Here is where I am not happy with them,,While talking to sales guy he charges monthly of 75 dollars on my card I correct him and we do the charge for 1 year 724 00 with discount added in he assured me that I would be refunded the 75 00 promptly, of course I gave them the ok no problem ,Alomst 1 month later I get my bank statement NO refund I call to find out why , I get the run around and one person tells me that I would not get back my 75 because of an enrollment fee I would get back 65 ,I'm not happy about this so I get handed to another person to tell me that it is a 12 dollar enrollment fee so now it's 63 for refund NOT happy about this fantom fee I get to the whatever stage and tell them to just send my refund, Three weeks go by and I call my bank to see if they did send my refund NO so I call again but now I do not want to deal with this company so I canceled my policy completely but they are still keeping the enrollment fee WHAT the person I was talking to gave me her honest most convincing word that I would be contacted by her on Wednesday 4/12 and again I find I cannot trust this company for the care of my dog and his wellness One thing I forgot to throw in here us that I was contacted by a manager I think I never heard back from her either update. I FINALLY received my 63 dollars and guess what out of 724 dollars I paid they went and prorated for two months of their service This just goes to show you not to deal with this company they will steal from you also the reply from them is a standard reply,They have all my info but they are wrong on this one so they won't contact me I called and asked for a supervisor and they wouldn't talk to me ,do yourself and your pet a favor dontcuse this company

They will drop your older dog if given the chance…
I’m giving them one star because before they dropped us, when my dog got too old and too sick, they covered what they said they would. HOWEVER, I missed one payment after over 6 years of being a member, when I turned my card off after my wallet was stolen, and I was dropped. They had sent me 2 emails (BOTH went to my spam- why would I regularly check that), no phone call, no letter. Dropped. When I tried to reinstate, they said my dog was too old to sign back up. I know that they have my phone number because they used it to look up my account, however I have since contacted my cell service provider for proof, and no call was ever missed or received from Healthy Paws. So they have claimed they made every attempt after one missed payment to contact me, but immediately dropped me after I didn’t respond to emails sent to my spam account. They will undoubtedly respond to this review as they did to my google review, and I will respond in kind. If I can steer one pet owner away from this company and their shady tendencies, I will have done something good. Now my dog is too old to get new insurance and has preexisting conditions so we are screwed. Thanks for nothing Healthy Paws. Her blood is on your uncaring hands.

I called twice today and you're…
I called twice today, you're representatives were friendly and said they would send me a form to fill out to my email. However on both occasions I did not receive the form. This is regarding to a mistake on your insurance binder regarding my Dog who is listed at being Obesse, he wasn't and isn't. Now I have to try your website to see if I can find a form to send in. I'm not having much luck.

Easy to deal with and Quick Payment
We had an expensive issue with our two year old Labradoodle that almost cost her life. There were extensive tests and treatment to save her. Once the bills were in we submitted the bills. Fetch reviewd the information and paid the full amount that they were accountable for based on our plan. They definitely made us feel tht they were there for us.

Pets Best is the BEST
We decided to get pet insurance when we adopted Tizzy at 4 months. Our niece recommended Pets Best and we have never been disappointed. We have filed 3 claims over the past 6 years. The ease of submitting the claims and receiving payment were outstanding. Our premiums are in line with other companies, but we love is their customer service. Always there to answer questions, give information, and with knowledge and courtesy. We love our Pets Best insurance and tell others about it all the time.

I got Fetch for my new puppy. He's had a ton of issues. Poor thing. And I haven't had any problems getting timely reimbursements.
