Good Pet Coverage
I’m pleased with the amount of coverage that Fetch provides. I wish they would stop putting up my deductible and payments every year. And it is not by a small amount that it goes up every year.

AMAZING PET INSURANCE
I have insured 2 of my dogs with Trupanion. The customer service is extremely helpful and kind. When you have a sick or injured pet it's incredibly stressful, TRUPANION alleviates the added stress of paying for the best possible care for your pet. The customer service staff are knowledgeable and compassionate and genuinely care about animals. Having Trupanion insurance has allowed to focus on my animals well being and not the cost of needed treatments. Michelle G

I don’t feel that it’s right that…
I don’t feel that it’s right that insurance across the board don’t cover hip and knee disorders when you adopt a dog like I did they have to neuter them before you can adopt them. The research that I have done shows that when a dog is spayed or neutered before they are grown encounter these disorders due to the fact that they haven’t fully developed. It’s a catch 22. My dog who I adopted in September of 2022 is just now showing signs of hip disorders, and because he wasn’t first diagnosed with it when I started this insurance found out they don’t cover any parts of it. If you can say that’s this is a Great insurance good on your part. I am searching for a new insurance.

Prompt and easy claim process
My dog Cooper had to have his ccl repaired. Fetch paid all of his claims to me promptly. The process was very easy online and payment to my account within just a few days. I highly recommend Fetch!

Not the best for my pet
It took too long to process my claim. The company kept sending emails stating that they were missing documents that they in fact had on record. It was a frustrating process, not smooth at all. I have zero confidence that I will be given the service that I am paying for which is to reimburse me for my pet’s care. I would not recommend this agency to anyone at this point.
