Great coverage
Great coverage! Super easy to submit claims. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because like any insurance company they take awhile to process claims. Other than that I’d recommend pets best any day.

Not the way to treat a customer
Overall I would say Trupanion has been a good insurance provider but when calling to cancel our policy I was basically harassed to not cancel. After politely stating I understood what they were trying to say..they continued to not assist in cancelling my policy. NOT THE WAY TO TRY AND KEEP BUSINESS!!!

Easy and simple!
I have had my dog insured through Pets Best since March is 2021 and hadn’t filed a claim until recently. I was impressed with how easy it was to file and upload the invoices from my dogs visit. I was happy to receive brief updates while I waited to hear what was covered and what would apply to my deductible. Very good experience overall!
