Long time customer happy w/ service
Expected for the claim to take a bit of time to process, but I was pleased with the occasional message reminding the claim was processing. Frankly, Im glad I donât have to call up for status all the time. The explanation of the claim was clear and straight forward. Thank you

People are nice but they actively try not to pay out on claims.
People are nice but they actively try not to pay out on claims. Too picky on pre-existing conditions and overall think I will be better saving hte monthly premium vs paying them.
