Great Coverage, but pricey!
Great coverage and quick turn around time when submitting claims. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. $160 for 2 dogs a month is a lot, similar to my health insurance.

It was really easy to sign up
It was really easy to sign up. I believe Trupanion called my vet to get my kitten's initial vaccine and bloodwork information. I haven't submitted any claims yet, but my parent's have 3 dogs insured by Trupanion, and she loves this company. I love having peace of mind, that if anything happens, my kitten will get the best care possible.

Petsbest insurance determined my cat's…
Rejected $650 claims because my cat vomited before Petsbest insurance determined my cat's vomiting as a pre-existing condition. One morning my cat vomited 3 times in a row, so we were worried and sent her to the vet. A month later, the Petsbest rejected $650 claims because they saw my cat vomit before the insurance registration date(from the medical record). If you are a cat owner, you know all cats occasionally vomit due to hairballs, stress, and diet change, which is very normal. Hence, be careful with Petsbest insurance. You are only qualified for it if your cat has never vomited before. ----please check the reply from Petsbest. They require your cat never vomited before/during the insurance activation period, which is BS. All the cats will vomit occasionally. In short, no cat is qualified for the Pestsbest insurance.

The company came well recommended
The company came well recommended. One thing that would help is to ask the dog's age in months and years. One the initial form is just asks for years, and I didn't know what to put down. I appreciate your chat option to ask quick questions.
