Wonderful Employee!!!
I called with a big problem. My soon-to-be ex-husband canceled my dog's insurance and just kept the insurance for his own dog. I called your company and was lucky to have the phone answered by Janelle Sorenson. She was amazing!! She went over all of my different options and helped me to find the best one. She was patient, supportive, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and successful in helping me solve my problem!!! She is a true asset to your company! Misleading advertising and claim settlement taking forever
I was a victim of a hit and run. I myself had to procure the Motor Vehicle Collision report and provide it to Sonnet. Sonnet advertises on its page that car rentals are covered in case policy holder is not at fault. No car rental was provided. It has been more than one month and I am incurring a rental expense of more than $1000 just to rent the car. I am also incurring an expense of $400 for gas. I used to drive an EV and my charging expense was extremely low. I have been constantly following up with Sonnet but have heard nothing.

Straightforward
The consultant was very nice, straight to the point, and patient with any questions to ask. Made sure we knew all the info and cleared up any confusion. I uploaded my first claim and the process was extremely simple. As long as you understand their policies and the plans and what is and is not included, it’s super easy. I pay in full and upload images of my invoice. Reimbursement happens through direct deposit (it even gives you the option to ask for a check). So far my experience is great and super easy.
