Spot is the first pet insurance we have placed on our pets. The claims process was straight forward. The reimbursement came back to us for the 2 claims. The first was received in about 10 days, the second was within 5 days.

I can always depend on straight forward professional support from all associates I deal with at any given time. They are knowledgeable and supportive people I’m not technically smart and wherever I need help in sending out my pet bills they walk me through and help a tremendous support in being patient with me as a 75 year old dog mama Bravo for such wonderful supportive personnel

This pet insurance is amazing
This pet insurance is amazing. Customer service is so nice and helpful. My dog suffered from mengioensifalitis and had seizures from it. The hospital bill was outrageous but I submitted the claim and had reimbursement for my bill within 10 days, which was plenty of time to pay the credit card bill that I put it on. I just cannot recommend a better pet insurance.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Embrace. When I called to change my insurance premium, the person helping me was very kind and helpful! Also, after I submitted my claim about my cats emergency visit which ended in euthanasia, I received a kind email sending condolences and also helped me close her account so I did not have to handle that. I really appreciated everyone’s help. Thank you embrace!
