Customer service at Trupanion is exceptional
Customer service at Trupanion is first rate. Rarely put customers on hold - get back to you regarding coverage in days. They are totally transparent about what they cover. I have had two dogs insured by them for over 8 years. One word of advice - start with pups so you don’t get preexisting issues excluded.

Trupanion was a lifesaver when our dog had to have emergency surgery for ingesting something that got stuck in his intestines. The process was easy so we could concentrate on our dog and his recovery. One of our best decisions was to get Trupanion Insurance for our dog.
