You take the time to make sure that all paperwork submitted is correct to insure that your clients receive the proper coverage/refund. I have had Trupanion for my 9 yr old cat since she was a kitten and I just added 2 new kittens.
I have had Trupanion for my 9 yr old cat since she was a kitten, and I just added 2 new kittens. I called, Kaitlyn and Megan handled the addition of both kittens in a quick & competent method. I chose Trupanion for my 2 new kittens since my interactions, though few, over the past 8 1/2 yrs have been excellent.
