Excellemt company, excellent claims service
Our beloved Golden Retriever, Tinkerbelle, died May 8, 2023 at age 8 1/2. She was not lucky, healthwise, and if there was a chronic disease she didn't develop, we don't know what it is. Throughout her life she was insured by Trupanion, and they always came through for her and for us. Without Trupanion's help it would have been very, very difficult to give her a quality life. We did, and Trupanion made that possible. We recommend Trupanion whole heartedly, and we will be back as clients to cover any pet we acquire in the future.

Great when unexpected treatment arises.
I've had VPI (now Nationwide) for well over 20 years on all my dogs. Thankfully, because of insurance I am able to afford unexpected treatments over the years. Wouldn't be without Pet Insurance.

Trupanion did exactly what they claimed they would. Even expedited an emergency approval and within hours, I knew how much they would pay towards my dogs medical expenses. After the final invoice, I had the money they were paying directly deposited into my account within a couple days. Best insurance experience ever!

I have not used the benefits as of yet. Signing up for coverage was easy. Setting up my account and navigating through the website was easy. Understanding the benefit package was an easy read. This is a must have to protect your fur baby.

Brachycephalic Surgery
I have a dog that required brachycephalic surgery. I used the chat option in the app to ask question before hand about coverage on what was covered and what wasn’t. They were extremely helpful each and every time. I submitted my claim and it was approved in full and my reimbursement was in my account 9 days later. My dog is only 9 months old, so I haven’t had insurance for very long. A lot of people laughed at me for having pet insurance and I am happy to say I was the one laughing at them in the end. So, Thank You Fetch! My entire experience so far has been fantastic.
