Fetch has been fantastic (and I'm an insurance skeptic by nature)
I am an insurance skeptic by nature. However, I signed up for Fetch when I adopted my kitten from the SPCA. The little rascal had an accident and broke his arm. I've had to submit several Fetch claims for the initial vet visit, subsequent re-bandaging appointments after-hours (he slipped out of the splint and bandage), medication and several sets of X-Rays. Each time Fetch paid within three days! I had all the necessary documents to submit each time, and the approval and payment process was smooth as silk each time. Fetch communicates very well throughout each claim's process and I'm certainly not skeptical any longer when it comes to Fetch!

Healthy Paws is the best!!
I've been a loyal customer of Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for 7 years now and I can't express how great they are. All my questions and claims are always addressed right away. Knowing how much medical expenses can be for our pets is very stressful. I’m extremely grateful knowing that I can quickly & easily submit my bills online and have a fast turnaround. They're the best!!!!

HARD PASS
Sonnet Insurance Seemed like a great deal. Great rates. After year 1 they increased my rates by over 100% with 0 explanation. I paid in full in advance. I asked about cancelling and going with another company, they said that was fine. Cancelled 7 days early *After receiving notice from THEM they were cancelling my insurance. And now they're charging me over $150 for early cancelation of a policy I paid for a year for upfront! I've chatted to them multiple times, called in multiple times it's been over a month and am not able to get an answer. I tried to clear this up BEFORE I was charged but still ended up getting charged for it. I was told "Short cancellation fees are normal for cancelling mid term" and that "anything between you signing up and cancelling is considered mid term" Also this is their earnings -> $64.5 million in Q1 2022; an increase of 22.7% from the year prior.

Exceptionally easy to submit a claim via the portal. You're able to upload documents and track your claim from start to finish. I was wonderfully impressed as to how fast my claim was processed.

My 11 month old kitten suddenly stopped…
My 11 month old kitten suddenly stopped eating and after a few days became lethargic. Had to take her to the emergency vet and I was astounded by the cost. Trupanion paid a large part of my bill and it was deposited into my account in just a few days. Filing a claim was much easier than I thought it would be and I was absolutely amazed at Trupanion’s quick response. I’m very grateful for that Insurance and the peace of mind it gave me.

HEARTLESS COMPANY
We called this company to change over billing information as we had taken over my brother's dog after he had passed UNEXPECTEDLY. They gave us {his family} the only option to buy a whole new policy in which everything that was covered on my brother's policy would no longer be covered & gave us the excuse that their policy states needing a POA to take claim over the ownership of Oberon {we have access to his app, his policy, declarations page as well as his renewal paperwork & NO WHERE does it state needing a POA or paperwork stating new ownership of the dog to take over an existing policy}. Oberon is only two & ½ but has had many issues that were covered by this policy & not having access to it & starting a whole new one would then have us pay for everything out of pocket making the policy literally useless because of some lie they pulled out of thin air to gain a new policy over helping a helpless animal who had NO CONTROL OVER LOSING HIS DAD. Such a heartless company full of lies & excuses & not fulfilling their duty to the animals they supposedly claim to care for.
