Extremely satisfied customer!
I adopted a puppy and purchased Embrace pet insurance in Jan '23. From Apr 5th through May 9th, I submitted 3 claims, May 9th being surgery. On May 11th, all payments were deposited into my checking account! It took a little while to get the 1st claim going as they had to go through verifications and history with my vet. I was being kept informed of the progress throughout the process. I was quite shocked and impressed that I was reimbursed for the surgery 2 days after it was performed! Their telephone customer service is phenomenal as is their update communication via email and portal. Thank you Embrace !! Like Share

Its far and few between when I write a review so this means something… I’m impressed with this company. When we contact them there’s always a very friendly person on the other end who is knowledgeable and passionate about animals. I’ve noticed that they don’t outsource to another country which is even MORE impressive. My husband and I were Leary of getting pet insurance cause I figured they just take money and do anything possible to not pay you when filing a claim. Not the case. And they work directly with our vet so the vet submits the claim (and trupainion says to send EVERYTHING in) and they will reimburse us if the claim is reimbursable. My heart can relax knowing I’m not throwing money away and Murphy will be taken care of.

Easy to start but a headache to submit a claim
Picking the plan was easy and I really liked how they showed how much everything would be so you can pick the best coverage. What I don’t like is submitting a claim. I’ve been trying to submit my claim for 3 days now and it won’t load.

Great Experience
I've unfortunately have had to file a few claims this year, but each time the process is extremely simple and relatively quick. I upload my documents and I have resolution within 7 business days. Their customer service when enrolling was absolutely top-notch, very warm and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and the policy I received was very clear and thorough. However, I've haven't had to use their customer service for any issues yet. So far, really great experience.

The 'Provider Invoice' screen is broke
The 'Provider Invoice' screen is broke! It took me an additional 1-1/2 hour to upload six invoices...way too long. This same problem existed the night before and I was told earlier today that the problem was fixed. It's not fixed. Signed, 'Disappointed'
