The first time filing a claim took a bit to understand the process and submit everything needed Didn’t take long and I believe within a week I received notice that claim had been reviewed and they were processing a payment to me. Ever since then very fast procedures any phone calls I’ve had to make have with questions or all answers quickly and hopefully

Great Coverage
Puppy had accident that caused dislocated patella. Fetch reimbursed 80% of the surgery from pre-check to meds. Appreciative that I could take my puppy to the best specialists without having to worry about costs. I was reimbursed extremely fast
