Reliable coverage when unexpected veterinary issues arise
We’ve had Healthy Paws for both of our dogs for several years now and they have been so reliable in the service they provide. If you read what is covered vs not, you’ll never have a nasty surprise for why a portion of the bill isn’t covered. In our experience, they have ALWAYS covered what they claim to cover, super easy to file a claim, and their reimbursement is prompt (within 10 days). Could not ask for a smoother experience. We’ve had a couple major medical expenses for our dogs in the last two years (tumor removal, knee surgery) and having reliable pet insurance made it less financially stressful to get the care our pets needed.

Cat Care Review
Both my 2 year old cats required dental extractions. The staff at Kenmount Road Animal Hospital explained the need and procedure thoroughly and answered all my questions. My two beauties were treated well and their recovery was monitored by the staff in the days following the surgery. This was an expensive procedure and I am so pleased I have Trupanion Insurance. This was the first invoice submitted for my cats so it took a day or so to be investigated but the people at Trupanion explained in detail what was covered and the amount was deposited quickly. Thank you, KRAH and Trupanion!

They rejected every claim…
This company has rejected every claim we have filed. If not one cent of our vet bills are considered "covered" by Prudent after a year then paying for this insurance is POINTLESS!
