Misinforms their customers
I took my dog into the vet for vaccines and a check up and they discovered she needed to have two teeth extracted and a lump mass removed. I sent the estimate for this procedure over to Embrace to be pre-certified and they told me over $2,000 of the procedure estimate was approved for coverage. I proceeded with the procedure and when I submitted my invoice after the procedure, Embrace only refunded me a quarter of the amount they originally told me. I contacted Embrace twice after receiving the news about my low refund and they told me someone would get back to me with the details the next business day, no one did. No one can explain to me why they told me one amount and then refunded me something completely different. I sent Embrace another email outlining my experience with the coordinating claim numbers, amounts, details, etc. and haven’t heard anything back. I just keep receiving emails to review my experience, which I was waiting to do in hopes that Embrace would resolve this before I had to leave a poor review but they did not. This is incredibly disappointing, I don’t know why I pay for insurance for my dog when it doesn’t do much. Embrace is not a trustworthy company.

Highly recommend PetsBest!
We have had our insurance thru Pets Best for almost 4 yrs when we got our mini golden doodle. It have been so easy to use the app and submit claims. Highly recommend to anyone getting a new puppy or dog!

I suggest going with any another company…
I suggest going with any other pet insurance, when you really could use their help, they can't help, they literally take forever to even get back to you about claims you submitted, every claim somehow always "needs more information" even when your profile is complete and the claim is 100% clear and complete, and they have all the information they need or the vet information, this company takes forever for anything, even to get someone on the phone, just to find out they can't help you or your pet, they truly make it seem like they are in this for the money not for the care or concern for you or your pet. this company charges a lot per month for nothing, they think everything is a preexisting condition its truly disheartening and I will be switching, i would never recommend this company. my very first invoice i submitted was when my dog luckily was able to be saved but it cost me 11,000. when i called to follow up on the claim, they said "wow that's a lot of money" "but sorry we can't cover it because the day before she was hospitalized, they told you she was sick???? less than 24 hours prior smh its sad, don't get this company there are way better ones out there

The best - Pets Best!!
I have had insurance coverage through Pets Best for all 3 of my dogs for three years now, and thankfully have never had to file a claim until now. Prior to Pets Best, I had coverage through a different provider and I am happy to say that the claim process with Pets Best has far exceeded the claim process I have experienced with this previous provider! The process couldn't be made any easier! My dog recently came down with a bad case of Pancreatitis that landed him at the emergency vet hospital with a large unexpected bill. Within less than a week of submitting my claim online (which was super quick and easy with no headache involved - just uploaded my itemized invoice), Pets Best had already reimbursed me for the entire bill minus my deductible and co-pay with no questions asked. Even better, they did so through ACH instead of check which made it even faster. The full amount was in my account within 10 days of submitting the claim. I am so pleased with the service I have received with Pets Best and will be recommending them to everyone I know. From Oakley and I both, thank you Pets Best!

Honestly, I have been with Nationwide for sometime now, and to be honest, there have always been people that seem like they are trying to help, but when you call the next couple days nothing changes or they don't receive anything... I finally found the most perfect representative that I would want to speak to every single time I call Nationwide. The representative that I truly believe deserves the absolute most credit for actually caring for your pet, caring for the documents and if they are received, and trying to make your experience as easy as possible is Stacey De Dea. Stacey is truly an AMAZING representative, and deserves recognition from Nationwide themselves. She. goes above and beyond to make sure everything will be in line for your pet. Stacey literally is the only reason I am not going to leave Nationwide. Thank you so much Stacey for all of your help, always. You are a blessing, and especially just an overall sweet, kind, and caring individual. Thank you Stacey for everything you do.
