I am currently going threw the claims process. I bought my car from a dealership 2 weeks after I bought it the car caught on fire while I was driving it. There is a investigation into the fire which is understandable but my claim is on hold. It's been 2 weeks with no answer and I have still not been allowed to get a rental car. My new car caught fire while I was driving it. They are doing everything possible to make sure it's all my problem. I could be left making payments for 5 years on a car I don't have it will financially destroy me. And the no rental two weeks after has made life extremely stressful and hard.

I want to thank healthypaws for the Outstanding service and loyalty to our dog, Blue. Albeit he is only 3 years old, he has had some health issues that have popped up and this insurance company has been a Blessing beyond! They are extremely easy to work with and pay very quickly with little hassle. Their communication is excellent, their service is excellent and I highly recommend Health Paws Pet Insurance. I have this insurance for quite some time now and I am very happy with it. I don’t have any problem submitting claims and getting reimbursement. And I even get a discount on premium if I didn’t have any claims filed. One of my cats has diabetes and the insulin pen is expensive and having this insurance has helped a lot to cover the cost of this medication. I have been telling other pet owners and the vets about this insurance. I have 3 cats now (used to be 4 but just loss one that had abdominal mass that was inoperable) and all of them are covered. It’s really worth it knowing that you will be able to get them the treatment they need without worrying about the costs.
