Unacceptably poor performance, in my opinion.
I have gathered and submitted all medical records in addition to contacting all of the vets who treated my dog and asking them to send all records. So far, no claims have been paid. I have emailed and called in an attempt to resolve any problems, but with no results. I am not renewing my policy, and my understanding is that Embrace is no longer allowed to write new policies in my state.

Outstanding Service
We have been with them for almost 7 years. Every claim I have put in has been such a smooth, and easy process with no problems. All claims have went through fast and with fast replies. I do the auto payment so once claim is processed it goes right to my account. Thank god for pet insurance! Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the best!
Claims and Appeals Process Needs Improvement
Claims group should be much clearer and responsive when there is a question about a claim decision. Also, escalating an appeal, and giving the customer a direct contact much earlier in the process would be very helpful and reduce frustration. Apply common sense, when reviewing a claim or appeal as well.

Thank goodness for Healthy Paws
We are so thankful that we signed up our dog up with Healthy Paws when we adopted her a little over 3 years ago. She just had her second TPLO surgery and the coverage saved us! The ease and wonderful customer service are just excellent!
