Healthy Paws has been amazing
Healthy Paws has been amazing. They have clear and transparent rules, efficient and fast processing of claims and are friendly and caring! Getting reimbursed is not something you want to have to worry about when your pet is sick and Healthy Paws keeps the promise of making your life just that much easier. I have 2 cats and have had around 5 claims through Healthy Paws.

The whole process with customer service was a great experience. She was professional, knowledgeable and was to answer all my questions. The claim process was easy, all required documents were easy upload on my computer. Very please with entire experience at this time.

So glad I had this!!
I started this insurance in February, in April my dog tore his ACL and needed surgery. He was on a regular walk, on leash and went after a squirrel. The surgery total was $4100. it took a few weeks back and forth with my vet over paperwork which was a little aggravating, but once approved I got back $3100.00!! They even asked how I wanted the refund I chose Zelle and it was in my account in 5 minutes. I am now sharing this with my friends and family spreading the word how dog insurance is sooooo worth it!!! Thank you, MetLife.
