ASICS is responsive, caring and quick. Each time I have called for advice they are so considerate, sympathetic, attentive and helpful. Even more so than the vet! Never denied a claim. Highly recommend this company!

Reimbursement
First, too many prompts before getting to a real person to speak to. It is ridiculous. Second, I was told that a glitch in the ASPCA reimbursements to direct deposit were affecting some customers. It would be nice if ASPCA would have sent an email and said it knew about the delay and was working on it instead of a customer navigating all the prompts to ask someone why the direct deposit was not showing up five days after it was supposedly made.

Canceling was a nightmare
Canceling was a nightmare, and then when I finally got to speak to someone- "you really should prioritize *inserts dog name health." He literally shamed ne for canceling,I canceled because NO vet around here accepts it. Horrible, horrible customer service. 0 stars.
