Emergency hospital

My Brodie was hospitalized in emergency hospital for 3 days. $3,500. I wouldn’t have had the extra money to pay for his care. Thank you Fetch. I was able to pay and then be reimbursed. Super easy. It all on line within 10 days I had my claim completed. No hassle. Best thing I could have done was buy the insurance when he was a baby

Customer service has declined

I have an earlier review for Healthy Paws that is very positive, because they really did provide good coverage for my pet. However, I've had way too much difficulty trying to cancel my insurance (after moving to Canada). I've been trying for a month and they just withdrew another payment from my bank account. Their customer service has really declined.

Great rate and confirmed coverage! Thank you

Got a decent rate and then called to make sure that fireplace is covered. They confirmed it is. Now we have an extra heat source for when the power goes out or just for a night we want to cozy up near the fire.
