Great support -- fast
Great support -- fast, friendly and great attention to detail. Our pet in enrolled in both the Wellness and Accident & Illness plans. That can be confusing when it comes time to file a claim. But the support folks have your back and will move a line item from one plan to another as needed. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them. One feature they should add to their website -- make claims history with details available and downloadable.

We are very pleased with Figo Insurance. Our young Australian Shepherd male had a rough year with three medical issues and we were so happy we had signed up with Figo. Our claims were processed very quickly and payments occurred shortly thereafter. I have told everyone how incredible Figo has been for customer service, claim processing and payment response.
