Furkin goes above and beyond
I spoke to your agent today, and she was able to fill me in on not only what I needed to know about your plans, but adopting a kitten with 3 legs, as she already has done so, herself. This is not the cheapest or easiest kind of kitten to adopt, but they need parents more than most, and get the least in terms of odds of adoption. Because it isnt cheap. This is my concern. I want to help but it wont be cheap. I am not rich What I am saying is; as a pet-insurance company, you can appreciate our situation. She is going above-and-beyond for you and frankly, doing a great job selling your product. Give her a raise. Adopting the kittens that get left behind for financial reasons isnt cheap. She is one of the good-ones.

Very easy and effortless app to use, clear instructions, and great communication. It took a little longer than expected, but I had entered the information incorrectly, and Pets Best made the corrections that were needed. Excellent experience all around.

Terrible cancellation process- will try and steal your money
I was with sonnet for 2 years and cancelled due to a better rate with TD. When renewal came it said to cancel BY june 18th so I cancelled june 16th and paid the month of june for insurance. Good thing I screenshotted that I cancelled my insurance, as I got a notice in the mail saying I RENEWED. While the customer service was friendly, It took multiple emails and over a month for them to get back to me. I had to PROVE i had insurance somewhere else. The entire process was ridiculous. After almost 5 weeks it was stated that it was “sorted” and I would receive 147$ refund in 5-10 business days since July’s insurance amount also came out of my account. 3.5 weeks later i only receive 16$ as a refund and they apologized stating the other 131$ was the “short rate cancellation fee” apparently because I cancelled 2 days before the exact day my policy was up - and they also still took my money for July’s insurance. I am still dealing with this issue. I will NEVER recommend Sonnet insurance.
