WARNING: stay away from ManyPets!
It’s a shame I just deleted my original comment to leave an updated version. Unfortunately, this insurnace company does not have it all together like it seems. They don’t care about your pets, they care about your money. It seemed as though the agent I spoke with when starting a plan for our boxer knew she was talking about. However I have learned today that half of what she said was true. I also learned that ManyPets doesn’t try to get your vet bills covered, that at the end of the day it depends on the insurance handlers decision. They don’t mention this part when doing their initial sales. I paid for the most expensive plan for just about 6 months, and I regret it majorly. When I called to cancel my plan I asked to speak with a manager about this situation and the girl put me on hold. Ten minutes later she got back on and said a manager refuses to talk to me. To just email the automated system. That is so trashy. What kind of customer service is this?!?! My 5 year old boxer is extremely healthy, thank goodness! I’m so glad I learned, talked to, and educated myself more about them before my boxer got older. Do not rely on just their site for information. I regret not looking into their reviews to begin with. Stay away from this insurnace group for pets. They are not worthy of your time, money, and they’re especially not worthy of your pets well being! Good luck!!!!

minus a million stars
I would love to give minus a million stars at this point. I do not believe one single living person works for this company. They have invalid emails, phone numbers and websites on the information packet I teceive in the mail AFTER buying car insurance. I received an email saying my FIRST payment was nsf. But when I woke up that day at 6:15sm, my paycheck was in the account. Now they want a new form of payment?!?! What? No.

Site has great ease of use as well as great stated coverage. Hoping it continues to be this easy when I eventually need to make a claim.

You oversold and then didnât seem to cover anything.
You oversold and then didnât seem to cover anything. No coverage for prevention, exams, anything that was ongoing such as an ear infection.
