First claim submitted
Just had to submit my very first claim to Pets Best and I was so impressed with the ease to submit it and how quick they responded back to me and kept me informed of where the claim stood. This first claim went to my deductible but was very happy with them.

Genuine concern & prompt payment on claims
My husband & I are both retired, & the cost of surgery to repair our dog's 2 torn CCLs would likely have been prohibitive for us. Thanks to Healthy Paws, we are able to provide the best possible treatment & care for her. The company paid promptly on our claims, & even reached out with concern over how she was recovering. Healthy Paws is a truly wonderful company! We highly recommend it!

Hassle Free, Peace of Mind, High Quality!
We have had Healthy Paws for years and submitting claims has always been incredibly straightforward, with hassle-free reimbursement. We did a lot of research to find the right insurance company to protect our fluffy dogs, and are really pleased with our choice. The random illness here or cracked tooth here was covered and the peace of mind was what we were mainly paying for until recently, when our dog had a double ACL tear. We would have really struggled to make the call for what surgery to get, what doctor to go to, etc. but it was so easy to say yes to our vet's recommendations and get him the proper care because we knew we were covered with Healthy Paws. They gave us no issues at all when we submitted the two claims (one for each leg), 10 days apart, and the payment was in my checking account within days. Not only that, but they followed up with us by email to check in on how he was healing. I have recommended Healthy Paws to 10+ family and friends now and cannot recommend them enough.
