The customer service is fantastic
The customer service is fantastic! I had this insurance on my first JRT, and when I lost him at 17, ASPCA customer service was so caring. When I adopted a PRT, there was no question what insurance he would have. Claims were always paid in a timely manner and communication was good.

Over a month to process 1 claim with constant apology emails. Will be canceling my policy I advise to stay far away much better pet insurance choices out there.
