My shih tzu
My shih tzu, Loki, developed an autoimmune disease that was expensive to diagnose and was treated with expensive medications for a while. More recently she needed surgery on both knees. If I hadn't purchased Healthy Paws Pet Insurance I could not have afforded to care for my beloved pet. I am so grateful to family who insisted I get pet insurance. It takes less than a minute for me to file a claim and Healthy Paws reimburses me within two days.

Terrible Pet Insurance Company
Terrible experience it is basically throwing away your money. They look for any reason not to reimburse you after something happens. Please do not choose Spot Pet Insurance. I was denied on 3 out of 3 claims

Went to vet for yearly visit and updated vaccinations on a Friday. Submitted claim after the appointment and on Monday they had already deposited the reimbursement back into my bank account !

No better place…
Great prices and great coverage based on your individual pets needs. I use them for all of my pets, past and present. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and trust me, I’ve looked around.

Available Insurance
Available Insurance. Somehow though, the initial phase in purchasing the insurance there was a duplication in the process with one of the animals. I detected the duplication and informed the company prior to payment and that was that.

Highly Recommend! Great Company & Quick Service
We got Fetch Pet Insurance when we first brought our corgi home because the breed tends to have back issues later in life. Little did we know, we'd need to use the insurance much sooner than we thought! After a trip to the emergency vet for an ingested foreign body, we'd met our deductible--thankfully, because just a few months later, we made a trip to the vet that revealed a broken tooth that needed extracted. Fetch quickly processed the claim and reimbursed us for the percentage of our visit that our policy covered. It was quick and easy. We love Fetch for the peace of mind they give us and the wholehearted ability to tell our vet to do whatever it takes to keep our babies safe and healthy. We'd recommend Fetch a hundred times over!

Trupanion has really been a lifesaver
Trupanion has really been a lifesaver. My dog had right leg CCL surgery 2 years ago, and Trupanion covered most of the surgery after deductible. He just had the same surgery on the left leg and I didn’t have to meet the deductible again because it’s a bilateral condition. I asked to have preapproval the day before the surgery, and they had it done in just a few hours, on a Sunday! They were so nice on the phone and so effective in making sure my dog was taken care of. Both surgeries would have been over $10,000. I’m so happy we’ve had Trupanion since my dogs were puppies!

My pet test positive for Giardia and…
My pet test positive for Giardia and Fetch Pet Insurance denied the claim. They said because he experienced diarrhea before, there is an exclusionary period of 365 days before diarrhea can be claimed. This is beyond nonsensical given dogs get diarrhea for multiple reasons from something small as changing their food to them eating something they should not have or in my case he contracted a parasite. When I reached out to customer support, they kept reiterating their policy and would refuse to acknowledge we are discussed Giardia, not diarrhea. Their suggestion was for me to get more documentation for a reassessment. They already have all of my pet's medical records since the day I adopted him. They couldn't tell me what additional information to provide when I asked for some guidance. I am at a loss for this situation for something as simple as this claim.
