Have been using Embrace for 8 years now!
I've been using Embrace since 2016. They have always taken care of my pets and I, providing great and easy coverage whenever and however we need it. Their customer service is top tier, and they've never turned down any coverage for my fur family. I love the changes and how easy it is to submit a claim and receive payment now! I'm so glad I found you guys 8 years ago, I can't imagine better insurance for my boys!

Email deliveries are invasive
Email deliveries are invasive. Every time I receive a marketing email I get 4x deliveries (all the same email). Just not a good user experience, especially as a brand new customer.

Ad Lied
I recently signed up for insurance for my emotional support dog that was in a hit and run car accident. The ad I saw for spot pet insurance said that the insurance was same day insurance, but when I finished signing up I read that I was going to have to wait 2 weeks to put in my first claim. I am not satisfied at all, I'm incredibly disappointed. This is not what was advertised when I was signing up. I am no longer interested in using this insurance company for my support dog.

Peace of Mind
Our dog, Molly, has been insured with Healthy Paws for a few years now. A healthy dog for 6 years, Molly suddenly went blind from SARDS and was diagnosed with Cushing’s Disease. That same year, she required abdominal surgery for foreign body removal. Healthy Paws pet insurance took away a lot of stress during several difficult times this past year. They are communicative and our claims are always resolved in a timely manner. We are thankful to be their clients.

This was very easy to summit a claim. It was the first time submitting a claim. Im sure the insurance will cover my baby getting the surgery he needed. I will be forever grateful to Embrace and will be recommending them to everyone I know.
