I find your insurance outrageously…
I find your insurance outrageously expensive - 70% increase this year and each year it goes up a ton whether or not I claim anything. And then you are very cheap - for example refusing to cover the pads I needed for the bed b/c she was incontinent after the IV fluids or the bland food I had to feed her. When the premium was over 7,000 this is just CHEAP. I will look for alternative providers before insuring my next pet b/c I have paid way more in premiums than you have reimbursed. You also make it really hard to find a human to help which is unacceptable given cost.

Why ask for feedback before the insurance is even activated???
You are asking me for feedback before my pet insurance even begins. I hope that you do not automatically filter this out and take some time to think about your automatic requests for feedback. Automation is nice, but think about the setup. I have nothing to say, good or bad, because I DON'T EVEN HAVE THE INSURANCE FOR ANOTHER WEEK.

Worth it!!
Fetch Pet Insurance was recommended by the rescue organization when I adopted my last dog and I am so grateful I took their advice. Within a month of her adoption, she was diagnosed with arthritis and later cancer. Because of Fetch, we were able to explore all treatment options (some of which may have been cost prohibitive without insurance) and although she was only with us a short time, we were able to give her the best quality of life possible. Our cat now has a policy and so does our new puppy - as will all of our future pets. They give us so much and it's the least we can do to ensure that the cost of treatment is never a factor when making decisions relating to their care. The puppy was hospitalized recently for eating something she shouldn't have and the claim process couldn't have been easier. Fetch sent updates on the status of the claim every step of the way and we were reimbursed within days.
