Best pet insurance and easy to use!
My dog Yogi injured her paw last year which required surgery. Although, before the surgery, she had the ER visit and a couple months of regular vet visits before her vets concluded surgery was the only option for her to have use of that paw. Trupanion came to our rescue during the whole process! Covering all the x-rays, surgery, meds and all the follow up appointments! I never once had to consider finances before Yogi’s health! Thank God for Trupanion! Now almost a year later, she began not using that paw again, and once again Trupanion covered the fees for x-ray and meds! Can’t say enough wonderful things about them. Claims are a piece of cake, did mine on my phone in less than 5 minutes; payments are quick and deposited directly into my account this time after 3 days of her visit. With her surgery that was pre approved, I had payment the next day! They are truly the best coverage, priced fairly, and easily the easiest to use. If only my health insurance were so good. Thank you!

Fast, detailed processing!
My last two claims have been processed in 24 hours. They send a detailed EOB with the processed claim. We have been using the insurance for a year for two of our cats. Last year the process was much slower. We plan on continuing to use Pets Best and adding a new kitten this fall.
