Pleased with my first time talking to someone at Trupanion
I’ve only contacted Trupanion one time in person and experience was five service. I talked to Customer Service rep Kristen and she help me with a couple of my claims and is going to follow up with me which I found to be a good experience then I had a question about my refills and she got in touch with Optum. This was five star service.
