This is by far the best pet insurance company. I’ve never heard of lemonade before until a friend mentioned that they use it for their dog! The process was super easy to step but and BEST prices. I am a full time student and full time employee and Lemonade has definitely helped me out! From getting my fur babies vaccines and stuff lemonade has had my back. I refer all my family and friends to use this app and I will FOREVER use Lemonade!!

Pets Best delays paying claims
Pets Best is always very slow to review claims when they owe me money. When I haven't met my deductible they are nice and prompt. If I had it to do over (and I will with future pets) I would NEVER buy insurance from this sham company. *edited to respond to Pets Best's ridiculous response: There is nothing "complicated" about a thyroid test! Whenever you owe me a reimbursement it takes a long time. Until I've met my deductible you are fast. It's your pattern.
