Kind and informative
Bethany was kind, informative and very helpful. She took the time to thoroughly and clearly answer my questions while even kindly checking in on my cats wellbeing. It was super disappointing not having the ultrasound covered. The information/care provided when I expressed this allowed for this disappointment to also show satisfaction with the company.
